We provide shipping all over India and abroad. We aim to provide the best customer experience for you by partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product. We shall make all endeavors to ensure that the products are delivered to you in a timely fashion.
Shipping within India :
We endeavor to ship our products all across India, however, we may, in our sole discretion, determine a select list of areas which may be unserviceable for delivery. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall notify you at the time of placing an order for purchase. In the event that there is a failure of informing you that your pin-code is unserviceable by us and payment has been made by you, a refund will be processed via the same mode of payment made by you.
You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. Please note that if you submit information which is not true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery, then we shall not be responsible for any failure in delivering the purchased product and you agree that in such a scenario no refund can be issued to you. Before processing, dispatching or delivering any product to you, we may request you to provide documents supporting your identity and proof of address.
Delivery Charges ( Within India ) :
Shipping for all our products within India is free of cost. No delivery charges will be applied to any product. All taxes are included in the listed prices. There are no hidden delivery costs. We also offer express shipping option for faster delivery, and the express shipping will be charged extra depending on the location of delivery.
We reserve the right to ship and deliver the Products on our own without engaging in third party service providers without an obligation of informing the customers.
In the event you are not available or present to accept the delivery of the product, our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of 1 more attempt to deliver to you. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our sole discretion and process the return of the Product to us.
We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing any store credit to such cancellation.
For delivery efficiency your purchase order may be split into multiple consignments.

Delivery Timeline within India :
We shall endeavour to deliver your order within 7-14 working days from the date of order placement. In case of delay then the mentioned timeline, you will be intimated accordingly.
Once you have placed an order, we process the order within 24 hours on working days.
You will receive a unique tracking identity number allotted by our shipping partner, which enables you to track the status of delivery or the logistic partner’s mobile number
The mentioned timeline is subject to change depending on the circumstances around. We shall not be liable for not adhering to the given timelines. We reserve our right to make changes in the shipping timeline and policy without prior notice and the same shall be updated to you and will be intimated to you via email/text message.

International shipping :-
The shipping cost for international orders will be charged separately after placing the order.
There are two ways of placing an international order :-
- Our customer support at LMM will get in touch with you after the order is placed and confirm the shipping cost before shipping the order.
- You can also reach out to us on email info@littlemissmiu.com or via WhatsApp +919892205253 to place international orders. We shall provide you the shipping cost depending upon the destination country.
Returns and exchanges :-
Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for return or exchange. All the purchases made are final.
Delivery time :-
Delivery time for international orders is 21-27 days depending upon the country and the pin code of the area.
Customs and Duties:-
Potential customs duties or taxes may be applied to the orders depending upon the client’s country’s laws. These charges are borne by the client. Little Miss Miu is not liable if orders are lost or held by Customs.
Tracking Information :-
We Provide customers with tracking information so they can monitor the status of their orders during transit. This helps build trust and transparency with our customers.
